A little more about Mo
I am an award winning designer with 5 years experience in the Financial Sector. My core drivers as a designer is to always design for the most vulnerable user and to always pioneer for accessible and inclusive design. To date my proudest achievement has been speer-heading the Accessibility project for the new Online Banking platform ensuring that it is accessible for all users including those on the visually impaired spectrum. My vast educational history which include Bcom Law and LLB degrees majoring in Banking Law & Usage allow me to apply a multi-disciplinary approach to bridging the gap between business objectives, technological advancement and customers needs which is at the heart of it all. As a former journalist, I leverage my expertise to be a meticulous researcher who is able to draw out valuable insights and add meaning to data. As well as emphathising and understanding the unique needs of csctomers and communicating with them in a way that truly fosters authentic connection.
My experience in Marketing & PR allows me to translate the brand of the company into end-to-end customer experiences and impactful strategies
